I’ve explored diverse roles in healthcare and technology since completing a degree in medical genetics. My journey includes experience in digital primary care, laboratory work, and as an NHS hospital information analyst.
In 2023, I began the 3-year scientist training programme, specialising in informatics. This path allows me to delve into all aspects of health data, including bias, fairness, and AI in healthcare. My varied experiences provide a unique perspective on healthcare technology challenges and opportunities, fuelling my commitment to promoting equity and fairness in the field.
Outside work, I’m an avid runner and often seek new ways to challenge myself, with the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira next on my list of pursuits.
